How To Do Paramyog?

Param Yog brings mental peace, rhythm, and harmony in daily life. It is the SPIRITUAL aspect of P3Y.

Posture

Keep your backbone (spinal cord), neck and forehead straight.
You may sit, stand or lie down (without a pillow) on your back.
Place your hands one over the other in your lap.
Do not clinch your hands together.
Close your eyes.
Place your top set of teeth on top of the lower set (in biting position). Let your tongue be still where it is.
Now proceed with Param Svas or Param Nad.

Breath

Param Svas
Open your lips slightly and inhale through your mouth (as in normal breathing). Now, close your lips, pull your teeth a little apart and exhale through your nose . Do this minimum 3 to maximum 10 times.

Param Nad
Open your lips slightly and inhale through your mouth (as in normal breathing). Now, close your lips, pull your teeth a little apart and exhale through your nose while producing a humming sound like a bee from the back of your throat. Do this minimum 3 to maximum 10 times.

Important Notes Regarding P3Y Paramyog Technique

Note – In the 10th and 11th lines, the currency amount & the number of persons respectively are decided independently by you.  Pakar means Param Kar (= Tax).  Paramji gives all success and like any big hyper market store, one can ask for and have anything one desires.  One simply has to pay the store / Paramji as energy exchange.  The amount is decided as per the item taken / wish desired to be fulfilled.  Same is with the number of people to be shown this P3Y system.  One can vary the amount and the number of people as per one's capacity.  Be Advised that all Pakar Money & People Prachar are to be done ONLY UPON DESIRE FULFILLMENT, AND NOT BEFORE.  

For example, if one desires freedom from ill health, one can ask for Full & Complete Health Recovery in line 9.  In line 10 one can promise to give as Pakar Amount 10% of the total expected expense after medicines & doctor consultation.  In line 11, one can promise to show & teach as Pakar, say, 5 new people about P3Y in any way possible (face to face / email / phone / website / facebook / flyer distribution / arranging a P3Y class, etc). 

Importance is of showing and teaching people this amazing P3Y Wish Fulfillment System so that everyone can benefit and be happy and fulfilled in life.   Pakar Money is secondary, except in cases where the Wish / Desire is for Monetary Gain in which case it is indicated that 10% of the desired gain is to be given to Paramji. 

For example, if one desires for his / her income to increase by Rs. 100,000, then one has to promise to pay in Pakar Rs. 10,000 (10% of this extra Rs. 100,000 desired) to Paramji upon this wish fulfillment.  One can pay this amount as a lump sum or spread it over 10 installments (monthly / yearly) while stating this spread in line 10.  

This Pakar amount is to be held / put aside safely in a piggy bank / bank account to be accumulated.  Upon meeting a Senior Paprak (P3Y Sadhak) / Designated People by Paramji, given to them in full.

How do you do a Papr?

Papr is the dialing code used to connect with Paramji. Param Prayog = Papr

Papr comprises 11 lines of which the 9th line requires you to state your wish, the 10th line requires you to state monetary compensation in return for the fulfillment of your wish, and the 11th line requires you to state how many people you will teach Papr too.

Do not try to translate or ascribe any kind of meaning to the first 8 lines. They have to be spoken as they are without mistake. Lines 9, 10, 11 must be changed according to your desire, how much you want to put aside for papr, and how many people you will teach papr to.

9. Today I (state your name) as for (state your any 1 desire)

10. As Soon As My Desire Is Fulfilled, As A Pakar I Will Give (state currency amount) To Paramji, Alias His Holiness.  If money was a genuine problem, one can also substitute it by offering in Pakar 1 Flower (Red Rose) or 1 Litre Water to Paramji.

11. As Soon As My Desire Is Fulfilled, As A Pakar I Will Explain Paramji- Papr – Param Yog To (state number of) New Persons.

What Is P3Y?
